Announcing the Paid Administrative Intern Development (PAID) Program
Two member companies will be selected to participate and will have half of the payroll costs of an administrative intern covered for a 20-week period in this new program, the PAID Program. PAID (Paid Administrative Intern Development) is designed is to promote administrative careers in the arts as a viable concurrent path for working artists and to assist these working artists who are interested in developing skills in the arena. This year's conference features generational expert Lynne Lancaster, researcher Alan Brown, and 18 breakout session specifically designed for trustees, artists, administrators, marketers, educators, and industry leaders. The conference is Monday, October 6, 2008 in San Francisco.
The registration deadline is October 3, 2008.
The annual conference costs $40 with lunch and $25 without lunch. The Trustee Development Forum is $75, including lunch.
